INSTRUCTIONS:
1. First, email the name of the birthday celebrant, pictures, date of birth and any additional messages to [email protected].
2. Wait for the confirmation from the admin if your emails were already received so well as confirming your paypal payment.
3. Your PSD and JPEG will be emailed to you 1 to 2 days.
4. Any revision of the design will only be allowed once.
5. Strictly No Refund.
